"Back in November 2025 I went to meet coach Rice at the "Aspire Fitness Group Class" at first, I wasn't sure of myself being able to keep up with everyone at the age of 78 but here I am hanging in there at 79. We meet every Wednesday and Thursday at 7pm, right here at Aspire. Coach Rice explains every exercise we do very thoroughly and he makes sure I use the lighter weights. Coach Rice accommodates my strengths and weaknesses and it gives me confidence and motivation to keep going. I am proud of myself and I owe that to him. I look forward to our classes and I feel that I am doing something for myself. I have arthritis in my knee and this is helping with inflammation. The one accomplishment I am very happy about is I couldn't touch my toes when I started these classes well. Now, I can and this puts a smile on my face thanks to Coach Rice."
