Our Core Values

Who We Are

At Southern Rice Performance, our mission is to help you reach your full potential—whatever that looks like for you.

We believe performance isn't just about competing in sports. It's about becoming stronger, moving better, recovering smarter, and building a body that's capable of helping you achieve your goals, both in training and in everyday life.

Every person starts somewhere, which is why we create personalized training, coaching, and recovery programs based on your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. Whether you're looking to improve strength, speed, mobility, endurance, confidence, overall health, or performance in your sport, we're here to help you take the next step.

Our golf coaching follows that same personalized approach. We look beyond just the golf swing by understanding the body-swing connection and how each golfer moves. While swing development is part of the process, our main focus is helping you play better golf and shoot lower scores through course management, decision-making, the mental game, understanding your own tendencies, and learning how to use your strengths on the course.

From one-on-one performance coaching and group fitness to golf instruction, online training, and recovery services, everything we do is focused on helping you perform at your best and continue progressing long after your first session.

Your goals become our mission. Together, we'll build the path that gets you where you want to be.

Why Train With Us

Because your success matters to us.

We invest in every person who trains with Southern Rice Performance. That means taking the time to understand your goals, tracking your progress, making adjustments when needed, and providing the support and accountability to keep you moving forward.

You're never just another session on the schedule. We're committed to helping you improve, celebrating your wins, and giving you the tools to reach your full potential.

When you succeed, we succeed. That's the Southern Rice Performance difference.
